PATRICK O’CONNOR
Director / Producer
Patrick is an award-winning writer/director whose most recent documentary film, The Invisible Patients, had its national PBS broadcast premiere on AMERICA REFRAMED in 2018. The film also screened at the Heartland, Cucalorus, Chicago International Social Change and Indy Film Festivals, as well as at dozens of universities and national conferences on bio-ethics and healthcare.
MATT LAUTERBACH

Matt is an associate of Kartemquin Films, where he has contributed to over a dozen documentary films, including Unbroken Glass, The Trials of Muhammad Ali, American Arab, and Saving Mes Aynak. Matt is currently editing a new documentary with Gordon Quinn and Leslie Simmer at Kartemquin.
MISTY TALLEY
Editor / Post-Production Supervisor
Based in New Orleans, Misty has led post-production on dozens of feature and documentary films. She is the first woman to direct a SyFy original film when she directed Zombie Shark in 2015.
CLAY HARDWICK
Cinematographer
A Mississippi native currently living in Chattanooga, Clay has won dozens of awards in regional film festivals, and he’s been nominated twice for Regional Emmy and Telly Awards.

Dathon‘s short documentary about violence and poverty in a Mobile, AL neighborhood, Welcome to the Village, has had over one million views on Youtube. He currently lives and works in Austin, Texas.

Nathan is an award-winning documentary filmmaker based in New Orleans. He has directed and filmed documentaries for PBS, Vice, MSNBC, Business Insider, and the Academy Award-winning production company, Participant Media.
ALEX WILTZ
Visual Effects
Alex is an editor and visual effects artist who has lived and worked in New Orleans for 14 years.

Based in Evansville, Indiana, Matt and Leslie run a platform called LMNTL [pronounced "elemental"] where they serve as Conversation & Purpose Facilitators and Creative Consultants with experience in outreach & engagement, marketing, branding & design, and workflow development, hospitality & gathering.

Based in southern Indiana, Hannah serves design, marketing and web needs of clients across a range of industries.
